The Rock needed some help down the stretch to end up 2nd in the NLL’s East Division and hosting this one game showdown with the Buffalo Bandits this Saturday at 7pm at Air Canada Centre.  Not only did the Rock need to get hot, but the Buffalo Bandits needed to stay cold.  Buffalo finished the season losers of eight straight games after beginning the season 8-2.

The Rock and the Bandits have met just four times in the playoffs with Toronto winning three of those meetings.  Two of those three wins have come in three meetings in Toronto at Air Canada Centre.  The Rock have won the last three meetings overall in the post-season as the rivals connected in the playoffs from 2010 through to 2012.
