Education: currently studying Undergrad at Ryerson University

Dance Background: I have been dancing since the age of 5 at various studios however, the majority of my training occurred at  The Canadian Dance Company in Oakville ON. This training peaked my dance career, where I performed in many professional shows across The GTA and also travelled as far at Germany 2 years in a row to compete in The World Dance championships.

My favourite Toronto Rock memory: my favourite memory from last year was teaching and performing the mini miss dance camp routine!! The kids were just so enthusiastic and excited to perform with us during half time at one of our last home games. I can't wait to do it again!!!

My pre-game rituals include...definitely stretching, stretching and more stretching!!! It is so important to keep those muscles warm before running out onto the field and giving it my all!! Go Rock Go!

The one word that describes me best: is motivation! and with that goes enthusiasm!! I always try to hype up and motivate the team before we go on the field, and in general, this technique works well in everyday life!:) 

How I would celebrate if the Rock won the cup this season: I would number 1) hopefully be there and dance like there's no tomorrow!! and 2) after party it up with the players and dancers!!

Favourite thing about being inside the ACC: The best feeling of it all is running out onto that field with a huge crowd screaming. It's time to smile our hearts out, kick ours legs to the limit and show those fans what we are made of!!

The song I like to dance to when no one is watching is: glee deflying gravity!

I am excited to be part of the 2010 Toronto Rock Dance Team because... I had such a great experience with the Rock last season that I couldn't resist doing it again!! Our dance team definitely rocks, we work very hard to make sure our performance is flawless! I love being a part of  The Toronto Rock dance team, and hope to make many more incredible memories throughout the years:)
