Acquired on July 13, 2011 via trade along with the 3rd Round, 26th overall selection (Pete Rennie) in the 2011 NLL Entry Draft and a 1st Round Pick in the 2013 NLL Entry Draft from Colorado in exchange for Mat MacLeod, Creighton Reid, the 1st Round, 8th overall selection (Dan Coates) in the 2011 NLL Entry Draft and the 2nd Round, 13th overall selection (Jordan McBride) in the 2011 NLL Entry Draft.

Why did you start playing lacrosse

My dad bought me a stick when I was 4 and it didn't leave my hands

During the off-season, how do you keep in game shape?  Can you name some practice drills kids can work on to improve their skills

-       Lots of plyometrics, weights and running
