BRETT HICKEY PLACED ON INJURED RESERVE
Bill Greer Moved To Active Roster
Oakville, ON – Toronto Rock Owner, President and GM Jamie Dawick has announced two more roster moves a day prior to the Rock’s next home game on Friday night at Air Canada Centre against the Buffalo Bandits.
Rock forward Brett Hickey has been placed on the injured reserve – first level, retroactive to February 15. Hickey sustained a lower body injury in last Sunday’s loss to New England. Hickey will be eligible to come off the IR in time for next Saturday’s Rock home game against the Rochester Knighthawks.
Moving to the active roster is veteran defender Bill Greer. Greer had played just one game this season and was also suffering from a lower body injury.
The transactions are pending league approval.
