TSN Returns As Official Broadcast Partner

Toronto – TSN and TSN2 follow the Toronto Rock at home and on the road with live coverage of the six-time National Lacrosse League Champions.  In total, the networks have live coverage of 10 games beginning Saturday, January 12 at 9pm ET on TSN2 as the Toronto Rock visit the Calgary Roughnecks.  The action continues Saturday, January 19 at 7pm ET on TSN2 with the Rock’s home opener at Air Canada Centre against the Philadelphia Wings (see complete broadcast schedule below).

Live coverage of the Rock games is also available on TSN Mobile TV.

Highlights of TSN and TSN2’s broadcast schedule include two all-Canadian match-ups against the Calgary Roughnecks on Saturday, January 12 at 9pm ET and on Friday, February 15 at 7:30pm ET (both on TSN2). The 2012 National Lacrosse League Champion Rochester Nighthawks – who ended the Rock’s season last year in the Eastern Division Final – host the team on Saturday, January 26 at 7:30pm ET on TSN2.  Additional highlights include the Toronto Rock taking on their cross-border rivals, the Buffalo Bandits, on Saturday, February 2 at 7:30pm ET on TSN and on Friday, March 29 at 7pm ET on TSN2.

TSN Radio
Also returning this season is Toronto Rock Total Access on TSN Radio 1050 Toronto and streamed nationally online at TSN.ca/Radio. The one-hour program airs Mondays at 7pm ET and will feature interviews with players and coaches, in-depth analysis from prominent lacrosse experts, and news from around the NLL.  Toronto Rock Total Access makes a special debut on Tuesday, January 8 at 10pm ET to tee up the Rock’s season opener on Saturday, January 12 at 9pm ET before returning to its regular timeslot beginning Monday, January 14 at 7pm ET.
