Rock Launch OLA Registration Rebate Program

Toronto – The opening of the ninth annual Ontario Lacrosse Festival also marks the launch of a brand new Season Ticket rewards program for Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA) members.  By purchasing Toronto Rock Season Tickets at the OLA exclusive price, the Toronto Rock will offer a 2013 OLA minor lacrosse registration rebate of up to $25 per season ticket purchased.

“The members of the lacrosse community are the core of our fan base,” said Rock Owner and President Jamie Dawick.  “This is a chance for us to give something back to our OLA Season Ticket Holders and make things even more affordable to come to Air Canada Centre to see their lacrosse heroes play live in person.”

The Ontario Lacrosse Festival began on Friday and runs through to August 12th boasting a program status that ranks itself as the largest annual youth sport event in Canada.  As a presenting sponsor of the Ontario Lacrosse Festival, the Toronto Rock will be there throughout the event with guest appearances by Rock players as well as the Toronto Rock Cheerleaders.  You can visit the Rock booth at the Iroquois Park Sports Centre in Whitby every day from 9am to 5pm with great prize giveaways scheduled daily.

This summer the Festival welcomes back the Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget Lacrosse Championships of Canada as part of its 10-day celebration of the game. In total the Festival hosts forty-four separate national and provincial championships in both box and field lacrosse.  This year nearly 557 teams and 11,028 players and coaches are expected to participate in the Festival.
