The Toronto Rock Lacrosse Club has released Chad Thompson from their active roster.
Thompson joined the Rock in 2007 after splitting his rookie year between Philadelphia and San Jose. Sidelined with an ACL tear sustained during the summer of 2007 playing for the Barrie Lakeshores, Thompson missed the ‘08 National Lacrosse League season.
Returning to the Rock line up in 2009, he played nine games for Toronto tallying six goals and three assists.
