Updated Rock Ticket FAQs – Apr 8

The National Lacrosse League (NLL) has cancelled the remainder of the 2019-20 regular season as of Wednesday, April 8, 2020 due to COVID-19.

Our previously postponed March 13th and March 27th home games as well as the scheduled April 17th game are all cancelled.  The team supports the NLL’s decision, and we put the health and safety of our fans, players and staff above everything.

The Toronto Rock ticket office will remain closed for an undetermined amount of time. Processing of 2020-21 Season Memberships and 2019-20 credits and refunds will be suspended until the ticket office reopens.

We thank all our fans for their continued support, patience and understanding and sincerely hope you are all safe and in good health.

Have tickets to a cancelled Toronto Rock Game?
Please see below for answers to some frequently asked questions regarding the NLL’s announcement.

I am a Toronto Rock Season Member. What should I do?

Season Members who plan to renew their seats and obtain a Season Membership for the 2020-21 Season can have their tickets to the three unplayed regular season home games applied as a credit towards their 2020-21 Membership.  To renew your Season Membership for the 2020-21 season please fill out the request form here.

If you are a season member who took advantage of the Ticket Exchange Program during the 2019-2020 season and had additional tickets to either of the previously postponed March 13th or March 27th home games or the scheduled April 17th home game, your tickets will be honoured and credited towards your 2020-21 Toronto Rock Season Membership renewal.

All Season Members with unused ‘Bring a Friend’ Vouchers for the 2019-20 regular season will be able to carry those over and use them during the 2020-21 regular season. Some restrictions will apply.

Your 2020-21 Toronto Rock Season Membership will be credited based on your unused tickets from the 2019-20 Toronto Rock regular season. For example: if a Season Member attended all six 2019-20 regular season home games that have been previously played and used their allotted amount of tickets for each game, the Season Member would be credited for four games towards next season, as long as there is no 2019-20 NLL Post-Season Tournament home game. If the Rock were to host a home Post-Season tournament home game in 2019-20, the credit would be for three games towards their 2020-21 Season Membership.

To request a refund for the three games remaining in the 2019-20 season that will not be played due to the cancellation of the NLL season, please email Andrea Di Nardo at adinardo@torontorock.com to begin the refund process. Once the ticket office reopens you will be contacted by an account executive to complete the refund request.
