We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Sponsorship team for the Fall 2026 term. This internship provides hands-on experience in professional sports sponsorship, partnership management, activation planning and sponsor fulfillment while contributing directly to the delivery and growth of Toronto Rock partnerships.

    This position will run from September through December 2026 and will focus on pre-season sponsorship planning, sponsor activations, partner fulfillment, community initiatives, prospect research, and preparation for the upcoming Toronto Rock season.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Support the planning and execution of sponsor activations Toronto Rock home games.
    • Assist with coordinating sponsor booths, signage, displays, giveaways, contests, promotions, hospitality, and other activation elements.
    • Assist with tracking and fulfilling sponsorship deliverables, including signage, digital assets, social media, tickets, merchandise, hospitality, and promotional opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate sponsorship tracking documents, deliverable lists, activation calendars, contact lists, and partner records.
    • Assist with collecting photos, information, and documentation from activations to support sponsor fulfillment and post-event reporting.
    • Conduct research on prospective corporate partners, brands, industries, and local businesses to identify potential sponsorship opportunities.
    • Assist with developing and maintaining prospect lists, researching company information, and gathering relevant information to support sponsorship outreach.
    • Assist with preparing sponsorship presentations, proposals, activation concepts, partner materials, reports, recaps, and other sponsorship-related documents.

    • Assist with the season membership renewal and new sales campaigns, including contacting current members and prospective buyers, processing renewals, tracking responses, and following up with assigned accounts.

We are looking for a motivated student, recent graduate, or emerging sport industry professional to join our Ticketing team for a one-year internship.

     

    This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in professional sports ticketing, sales, customer service, database management, membership retention, lead generation, and game-day operations while contributing directly to the Toronto Rock’s success both on and off the floor. This position will run from September 2026 through April 2027 and will provide exposure to both the pre-season and in-season ticket cycle. The intern will support season membership renewals, new ticket sales, lead outreach following the release of the season schedule and customer service.

This position will run from September through December 2026 and will focus on supporting Training Camp, Media Day, Exhibition Games, pre-season content, and the development of digital video content leading into the upcoming season.

    This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports, content creation, videography, video editing, live game coverage, social media, and digital storytelling while contributing directly to the Toronto Rock’s in-season content strategy. This position will run from January through April 2027 and will focus heavily on Toronto Rock home games, live content creation, game highlights, player features, social media content, and post-game video production.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Capture photo and video content at Toronto Rock home games, practices, community events, and other team initiatives.
    • Assist with live game-day content, capturing key moments, player interactions, fan experiences, and behind-the-scenes footage.
    • Cut and edit game highlights and key plays into timely short-form content for social media following home games.
    • Assist with creating post-game highlight packages, player clips, recap videos, and social media content.
    • Capture and edit player interviews, post-game reactions, features, mic’d-up content, and behind-the-scenes footage.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Assist with the creation of graphic design assets for Toronto Rock digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

    • Assist with the development of creative materials to support the launch of the upcoming Toronto Rock season
    • Create graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns, ticketing initiatives, sponsorship activations, community programs, and special events
    • Assist with the design of email graphics, website assets, digital advertisements, and other promotional materials
    • Support the creation of player-focused content, including roster announcements, player profiles, statistics, milestones, and promotional campaigns
    • Assist with the development and organization of reusable graphic templates for use throughout the season
    • Support the design and preparation of graphics for Toronto Rock Athletics, The Quarry Elite Strength Training, Toronto Rock Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre, and the LAX Shop, as required
    • Organize and maintain graphic design files, templates, brand assets, and creative libraries
    • Collaborate with the Marketing, Communications, Sponsorship, Ticketing, Retail, Events teams to develop creative materials that support departmental initiatives
    • Contribute new ideas and stay informed on design trends, sports content trends, and new opportunities to strengthen the Toronto Rock brand
    • Provide general support to the Graphic Design team with creative projects and other duties as assigned

    The Toronto Rock is committed to delivering a dynamic and engaging visual experience throughout the season. We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our Graphic Design team for the Winter 2027 term.

    This internship role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports graphic design, live event content, digital marketing, and brand development while continuing to the Toronto Rock’s in-season marketing and communications efforts. This position will run from January through April 2027 and will focus on supporting Toronto Rock games, in-season marketing campaigns, digital content, player storytelling, fan engagement, and game-day creative initiatives.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Create engaging graphics and visual content to support Toronto Rock home games, including game day graphics, starting lineups, score updates, player features, milestones, and post-game content
    • Assist with the development of digital content for Toronto Rock social media platforms, website, email campaigns, and other communication channels
    • Support the creation of graphics for in-season marketing campaigns, ticket promotions, fan engagement initiatives, and special events
    • Design creative assets to support theme nights, community initiatives, sponsorship activations, contests, and in-game promotions
    • Assist with the development of player-focused storytelling and creative campaigns throughout the season
    • Support the creation of graphics and promotional materials for Toronto Rock Athletics, The Quarry Elite Strength Training, Toronto Rock Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre, and the LAX Shop, as required
    • Assist with game-day creative needs and work alongside the Communications and Marketing teams to provide timely visual content throughout Toronto Rock home games
    • Create graphics for merchandise programs, product launches, retail campaigns, and fan giveaways
    • Assist with sponsor-related creative assets and ensure partnership branding and deliverables are accurately represented
    • Adapt and update existing graphic templates to support changing game-day, marketing, and organizational needs
    • Collaborate with internal departments to develop visually engaging materials that support organizational goals
    • Monitor current graphic design, social media, and sports marketing trends and contribute creative ideas to strengthen the Toronto Rock’s visual identity
    • Assist with post-season creative projects, campaign recaps, and the organization of design assets
