Sporting a new team jersey for their tenth anniversary, the Toronto Rock will kick off the 2008 season schedule on Friday January 11th 2008 at 7:30 p.m. EST, when they take on the Minnesota Swarm at the Air Canada Centre.
The 2008 season promises to be an exciting one. Lead by their veteran captain, Jim Veltman, the Rock will be looking to avenge their early playoff exit from the 2007 season when they play host to defending NLL champions, the Rochester Knighthawks on March 1st 2008.
The Rock home stand will see them clash with their long time divisional rivals Buffalo Bandits and Philadelphia Wings and they will welcome the new Boston franchise to their rookie season in the Eastern Division at the ACC.
