Rusty Kruger

Rusty Kruger joined the Rock coaching staff for the 2021-22 season and focuses on the team’s offence.  Prior to joining the Rock, Kruger served as an Assistant Coach with the Buffalo Bandits in a similar role.

The 48-year old Orangeville, ON native won the NLL championship in 2005 as a member of the Rock.  He played 11 seasons in the NLL.  Prior to coaching in the pros, Kruger, alongside Matt Sawyer and Bruce Codd, won the Minto Cup as an Assistant Coach with the Orangeville Jr. A Northmen in 2008.  He repeated that feat a year later with Sawyer.

He is currently the Head Coach of the Orangeville Jr. A Northmen in the summer in the OJLL.
